The pastas are made daily and the meats are from local producers; vegetables from our garden as well as the prestigious local truffle.
The menu varies throughout the year in accordance with the seasonality of the products.

The most important food and wine events at Villa Valentina: “la Fiorentina di Scottona” every Thursday, not a public holiday, Valentine’s Day, Easter, August 14 with the real Neapolitan pizza cooked in a wood oven and the legendary Umbrian Porchetta, San Martino “when the must becomes wine” Foie Gras, boiled and baked goose and new Preteto wine of our production, finally, not to be missed, the New Year’s Eve dinner.

Typical Products of the Agricultural Company

Among the typical local products of the Villa Valentina, the following are home-grown: wheat, sunflower, barley, potatoes and garden produce.
In recent years, with the Cantina di Petreto which takes its name from the farmhouse, the company has dedicated itself to the production of oil, wine and balsamic vinegar. The extra virgin olive oil produced is of superior quality, obtained from hand-picked olives.
